After 15 years of working in high-volume, high-stress, and high-profile restaurants, Chef Carlos Leyva decided to open up his own mobile kitchen!
He has spent a significant amount of time crafting the entire menu at El Mas Chingon and creating every dish to perfection.
Though passionate about including family recipes in his menu, he sets his food truck apart by making changes and add-ons to classic favorites.
