Dimitrios started Nexx Burger to provide Los Angeles with a forward-thinking truck. He feels passionate about providing burgers that are made up of 100% all-natural meats with no fillers, hormones, or antibiotics. His inspiration for Nexx Burger came from big burger joints all over the country, however, Dimitrios wanted to provide that and more by adding in the highest quality and freshest ingredients. Growing up, Dimitrios’ family owned a restaurant where he was able to learn how to cook. Nexx Burger has become a community favorite in LA and has even catered Snoop Dogg’s 50th birthday party!
