Shake Ramen food truck was created to bring a fun, modern twist to Japanese comfort food. Inspired by Japanese flavors and our love for ramen, they developed our signature dry-style Shake Ramen served in a cup—guests simply shake it to mix the noodles, sauce, protein, and toppings together. They wanted to create food that is not only flavorful but also fun, convenient, and perfect for festivals and events. In addition to our signature Shake Ramen, our menu features customer favorites such as Garlic Noodles, Rice Bowls, Spam Musubi, and Tuna Mayo Onigiri. Our goal is to share Japanese-inspired flavors in a fresh and memorable way wherever they go.
