Built out of Los Angeles, our food trailer represents hard work, consistency, and the passion to turn a simple idea into something people remember—not just for the food, but for the experience. We chose our cuisine to reflect what we love most: high-quality, protein-packed teriyaki bowls with a modern twist, blending comfort food with elevated street flavors. Our goal has always been to serve meals that hit every time—fresh, satisfying, and full of flavor. Some of our most popular items include our signature Chicken and Beef Teriyaki Bowls, our loaded Teriyaki Fries drizzled with our house sauces, and our fan-favorite Fatboy, finished with our signature Fatboy sauce.
