meet eddy

Eddy is the owner and chef of Edboy's Food Truck. He has been originally in the food truck scene from 2016-2019 and returned with two passions in mind. Live streaming and doing what I'm best at! He loves to cook for everyone, and with a brand-new kitchen and truck, he is open to all services and opportunities. I take my time to make all my food from scratch. All my chicken is hand-cut, seasoned, marinated, and breaded. All of our sauces are house-made. You will often be surprised with new desserts I like to make every week to surprise our customers! Karaage-style fried chicken is our staple, but we always add different options and flavors to our menu! The most important thing we focus on in Edboy's Food Truck is accommodating our customers and making sure they leave happy with a soul-satisfying meal!
