After 15 years of working in high-volume, high-stress, and high-profile restaurants, Carlos Leyva decided it was time to do something new. So he opened up his own mobile kitchen! In that time, Carlos has not only gained a wide range of experience in the fine dining industry but also has created his own recipes that he loves to share with everyone. He has crafted the entire menu at El Mas Chingon himself and put in the time to perfect every dish. He feels passionate about including some family recipes in his menu as well as adding a twist by making changes and add-ons to classic favorites. El Mas Chingon is here to cater SoCal with some of the most delicious dishes by putting an elevated taste on your favorites.
