Ivan Capasso was born and raised in the Salerno area of the Amalfi Coast. A pizza chef since 2016, his goal is to bring the community the best and most authentic Italian food, sharing his love, passion, and dedication through every dish.

In 2013, the Capassos flew thousands of miles from their hometown in southern Italy, leaving everything familiar behind to embark on a journey to fulfill their dreams. They came to California with the hope of opening a Neapolitan pizza stand, offering pizza that embodies authenticity, freshness, and the perfect dough.
In 2021, their dream became a reality. The Capassos’ hand-crafted pizza stand now brings a taste of Italy to the greater Los Angeles area, and they are proud to share their passion and love with every customer.
