La Mochila City was founded by Tania Ceballos, a Sinaloa born entrepreneur who brought her hometown flavors to Los Angeles with the vision of sharing an authentic and underrepresented Mexican street food experience.
After noticing that the iconic hot dogs from Los Mochis were not available anywhere in LA, Tania spent over a year perfecting every detail, from sourcing the right bread to finding a 100% turkey wiener that matched the flavor she grew up with.
Built from the ground up, La Mochila City reflects her passion for food, culture, and entrepreneurship. Today, she continues to grow the brand through pop ups, private catering, and large scale events, with long term plans to expand into a physical location and franchise across the United States.
