Meet Victor & Jorge

Victor Delgado and Jorge “Joy” Alvarez-Tostado founded Tacos 1986 to bring Tijuana-style street food to LA. With a shared love for authentic flavors and handmade recipes, their venture has grown from a humble taco cart to multiple locations across the city.
