The Puerto Rican Spot was born during the locked down by two Latina Chicago natives, Brigitte and Natalie, living in Los Angeles, CA. The idea began when the two had a craving for the jibarito sandwich that is so famous back home. When they couldn’t find it nearly anywhere or it simply just wasn’t the same they decided to start a passion project of their own. What started as just a fun idea working from a commercial shared kitchen space quickly turned into The Puerto Rican Spot.
