meet the owners

Adam Gertler and Shane Lyons, the culinary masterminds behind The Vesti LoavesMobile, bring a wealth of passion, expertise, and personality to every bite. Adam, a lifelong wurstmaker and food TV frontman, has spent decades perfecting the art of encased meats and sandwiches, now serving as Co-Founder and Culinary Director of Vesti. His enthusiasm for bold flavors is matched only by his dedication to quality—whether he's sampling salami or hunting for the perfect Pecorino Toscano. Shane, a former teen actor turned chef, swapped scripts for sauté pans at just 16, enrolling at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. With experience working alongside top chefs like David Chang and opening his own NYC restaurant with NOBU founder Drew Nieporent, Shane brings a deep love for food and an innovative approach that will keep you excited about the unique sandwiches at The Vesti LoavesMobile. Together, they’re redefining the sandwich game—one delicious, expertly crafted bite at a time.
