MEET KYLE & LUKE
Kyle, a co-owner and chef with extensive training under a Michelin-starred chef, gained valuable experience during his time at a bakery in France. He was also fortunate to bring back a 58-year-old starter, which he illegally smuggled through customs, and now utilizes for our sourdough crust. His brother, Luke, has a background in restaurant management, having worked at various highly-regarded establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction. Both have dedicated themselves to preparing for the successful launch of their own restaurant on wheels.
