Jimmy and Wendi started Tacos Mi Amor during the pandemic. Jimmy has been in the restaurant business for over 15 years. He started as a server and moved his way up to management, and eventually had a position as director of operations. When the pandemic began, Jimmy came to the realization that the restaurant industry was quickly changing and evolving.
