MEET JIMMY & WENDI
Jimmy and Wendi started Tacos Mi Amor during the pandemic. Jimmy has been in the restaurant business for over 15 years. He started as a server and moved his way up to management, and eventually had a position as director of operations. When the pandemic began, Jimmy came to the realization that the restaurant industry was quickly changing and evolving. Therefore, he came up with the idea of Tacos Mi Amor, his very own Mexican food truck offering authentic and gourmet dishes to the city of Los Angeles.
