Uncle Al and Auntie K created LA’s first and only street-style BBQ food truck! With over 15 years of culinary and customer service experience, Uncle Al’s BBQ food truck prides itself in providing a unique and memorable experience with every visit. Uncle Al took the Los Angeles style street fare and infused it with delicious BBQ flavors the community knows and loves. Uncle Al and Auntie K created the food truck in hopes to serve Los Angeles with gourmet dishes that not only offer a variety of flavor and uniqueness but also a special experience for all their customers.
