Luis and Gerriann bring a wealth of experience to the table, with over 30 years of combined experience in the food and hospitality/customer service industry. They have managed for major players in their respective fields, and they take pride in serving high-quality food and creating a friendly and fun atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Under the Bun Food Truck started as a Pop-Up a little over two years ago, doing events and breweries in their communities. They have since expanded to a full-fledged food truck, bringing their love for food and their passion for serving others to this new chapter in their lives.
