The Lime Truck Food brand was built on PASSION. Daniel Shemtob, Owner and Head Chef, invested every last bit of his blood, sweat, tears, and savings into this simple concept: deliver amazing food, use quality ingredients, make things from scratch, keep it healthy, and make the experience great from start to finish. Daniel feels strongly about ensuring The Lime Truck has an ethically sourced menu, like their all-natural marinated chicken breast, hormone and antibiotic-free meats, wild-caught fish, and locally sourced veggies.
