MEET PHIL & CHRIS

Phil and Chris have been best friends for as long as they can remember. They both came to LA with their own aspirations: Phil dreamt of a career in acting, while Chris left a career in real estate to pursue a path in professional poker. What they never expected— especially as novice cooks— was that they would one day open and run one of the best food trucks in Los Angeles. Burnt To A Crisp was born of just the two’s shared longing to bring a taste of good Texas BBQ to their new home, and it quickly became the focus of their lives, as well as a fan-favorite in LA. Thank you Phil and Chris for bringing this world-class BBQ truck to Los Angeles!
