The owner of Ritchie’s Hot Chicken want to do something unique at the time that stood out amongst the other food trucks, so he converted a school bus into one. He started out serving an array of Mexican household popular dishes, from chile reyenos to Chilaquil. Ultimately he condensed the menu as his asada fries became a fan favorite, and added the hot chicken concept to it. Dennis now has a menu of 5 Favorite Hot Chicken items that customers can’t get enough of! He also serves a Mexican menu off of the same truck under a different concept.

MEET DENNIS

Dennis Michel is 33 years old and has been in the hospitality industry more than half of his existence, working for top tier concepts in SoCal! He spent 10 years working for Mastros steakhouse, ultimately becoming a CT (corporate trainer), and along the way managed to work under Thomas Keller- one of the few chefs to hold 3 Michelin Stars in 2 concepts! Dennis has also done consultancy for various that concepts you may know about… All of this led Dennis to wanting to start his own endeavor to round out his experience, hustle & knowledge. Dennis says he is blessed and thankful for the opportunity of life!
