Inspired by “dirty ice cream” and sorbeteros in the Philippines, Coney Island Creamery specializes in authentic Filipino and Southeast Asian flavors. They are a women-owned, Asian-owned, and family-owned, small-batch ice cream manufacturer in San Dimas, CA offering wholesale, food service, catering, and custom services. They make ube ice cream the way it should be, just as they remember it from back home. Their hope is that whether it brings you home or it’s just become a new home staple, you create new memories with their ice cream.

Meet the team

Lot Mallari started his career with 9 years in insurance before becoming an audio-video engineer, specializing in post-production and video marketing. He now oversees operations, engineering, and logistics at Coney Island Creamery since 2018.

Margaret Mallari boasts 20 years of experience in film and TV production, particularly in post-production management. She’s been a Senior Director of Global Accounts with HelmsBriscoe for the past 18 years, handling travel arrangements for various corporate events.

Candice Mallari holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering and has managed teams for technical projects, primarily in aerospace and defense. She currently manages catering, events, logistics, and social media marketing for Coney Island Creamery, as well as local outreach efforts.
