DaJohn Orange is the owner and Head Chief of D Lo’s Kitchen which is a Catering Company that specializes in a speciality enchilada with inspiration drawn from Cajun cuisine.’Where Mexican food meets a seafood journey’. DaJohn believes his company is valuable to the community through sharing his creative flavors with his customers as well as mentoring new chiefs in the industry. Most of his inspiration comes from childhood memories of those old fashion backyard cookouts, which he replicates into every dish. DaJohn has a great passion for cooking and considers himself to be competitive by nature. He wants people to hear his story because that’s what he wants them to be reminded of when they taste his food: how much love and passion was put into every dish prepared by D Lo’s kitchen.
