Mike Hill’s BBQ Smokehouse has a unique origin story. Mike began his barbecue career by delivering delicious meals and donating his services to raise funds for underprivileged children. As demand for his barbecue grew, he expanded into catering, leading to the birth of BBQ Smokehouse.
Raised in Kansas City, a region famed for its barbecue, Mike mastered the art of Midwestern-style barbecue. He uses the finest beef tri-tip, ribs, and pork, slow-smoking them over flavorful wood fires and glazing them with his world-famous BBQ Smokehouse Sauce.
