Go Fish House was born in 2014. When Eddie Escobar (owner) was working in the restaurant business for 12 years, he desperately wanted to express his culinary skills and creative taste in his own way. Right there and then, he developed a menu featuring Mexican, Asian and American fusion cuisine, and followed his dreams and brought his first food truck. He then brought onboard his best friend and business partner, Diego Zometa!

Meet Eddie
