MEET LAUREN & NELSON
Chef and husband-wife duo Lauren and Nelson created The Tropic Truck together, taking influences from Southern Floridian Caribbean Fusion and Central American traditional recipes. Both have an impressive two decades worth of experience in gourmet cooking, and their expertise includes everything from pizza to Valencian cuisines to entirely vegan menus. Since The Tropic Truck’s inception, the truck has now expanded to include three different kinds of food trucks, all with unique purposes: smaller-scale private lunches, corporate catering, and specialized outdoor food truck catering. No matter what kind of event, Lauren and Nelson have you covered, and they have a great time doing it!
