Kiki’s Cuban Food began its journey in Orange County, California. Kiki started sharing her grandmother’s authentic Cuban recipes at farmers’ markets along with her family. Her tasty and mouth-watering pork sandwich won the hearts of everyone, and Kiki’s started to gather a following every week. In 2021, Kiki’s Cuban Food Truck was established, and it is still serving the same delicious pork that was lovingly served in her home and shared with family and friends for generations. These Cuban recipes have been passed down through four generations, and it is still Kiki’s, serving authentic food prepared with love and care, just like her grandmother used to prepare.
Victoria Jones has always had a passion for baking and cooking. She started at the young age of 9, learning her family’s Cuban recipes and traditions. Victoria shared a close bond with her Cuban great-grandmother, who would cook for her and tell her stories in Spanish. In honor of her upbringing, Victoria decided to share these delicious recipes with the world. She owns food trucks and a location in Whittier where she serves up her family’s traditional Cuban dishes to the masses.
