Cerda Vega started out as a side project to make extra money. The owners started out with a small grill doing little House parties for friends and family. This venture quickly turned into a full time job for them, and they launched their first truck 1 month before the pandemic- when everything shut down, they had to regroup and adapt to all the changes quickly. They decided to serve stuff they were familiar with, putting their heart and soul into every bite.
