“I worked in public service for many years. I always tried to do his job to the best of my abilities, but after ten years, I decided that there was nothing more I could achieve. My soul was yearning for a new excitement: it was asking me questions whose answers I knew! I knew the answers because whenever I was at home, I would always try to prepare delicious meals and cocktails, and setting up tables for my friends genuinely made me very happy. Then, one day, I found myself standing at the door of a culinary arts academy. That’s where the journey began. Afterwards, I worked in the A la carte kitchen at Istanbul Sheraton Hotel, and later, I managed the kitchen at Soleil Hotel in Kusadasi. But I needed a much more special project.
