Roll up your sleeves and get ready to dig into the most succulent lobster you’ll ever enjoy on the streets of Los Angeles. From launching a single food truck in 2012 to appearing on ABC’s Shark Tank, Cousins Maine Lobster has grown to become a lobster truck empire, with 20 trucks spanning across 13 cities in the US. Whether you’re a fan of Maine or Connecticut style lobster rolls or prefer chowder and lobster grilled cheese, you can count on Cousins Maine Lobster for the most delicious and unconventional array of lobster delicacies the city has to offer.
As they reminisced on their childhood days, running around their backyard with buttery ears of corn and eating at picnic tables, bibbed and elbows deep in steaming hot lobsters, cousins Jim and Sabin knew they had something special to bring to the food truck scene: lobster delicacies based on their family’s recipes. They decided to pool their savings and launch a food truck that served fresh lobsters, pot pies and mac and cheese so that customers throughout the country could taste the Maine lobster dishes they grew up with. Putting ‘family first’ on the back of their company T-shirts, Cousins Jim and Sabin are always celebrating their love for family, which is what their business is built on.
