Meet Chef Michael

Chef Michael Gray’s culinary journey started in his grandmother’s kitchen, where he discovered a love for Southern comfort food. After honing his skills at the California Culinary Academy of Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Gray gained acclaim for his innovative recipes. Now, through Fat Boys and his catering company, he continues to share his passion for food and connection with the community.
