For something more formal and intimate, they suggest their rosemary garlic butter sauce or rosemary brown sugar sauce over tri-tip or roasted chicken, coupled with garlic truffle parmesan mashed potatoes with a French onion gravy option, and a side of fresh honey walnut green beans. Melanie comes from a background of discovering flavors and then duplicating and enhancing them. She takes pride in the flavors and presentation of her dishes, wanting every person served to be happy and enjoy the experience. Brian comes from a 28-year corporate career in the wholesale warehouse arena and has brought his business skills to Savory Times.
